the property hardware is really bad: for 4 days, we dont have a good shower, the shower is either supper hot or supper cold water. The water pressure is very low too! Never experienced a hotel like that. There are other problems too....

A really nice stay

Everyone there was super nice and very forgiving of my blatant attempts at Spanish. I really like the area it's in... not hotel row. Room was great (actuay a little chilly for me, but im always cold). The jacuzzi worked and worked well.

The only amazing thing about this hotel was my view. It was absolutely beautiful! The room was small, the bathroom was extremely small. Bathroom door doesn’t open completely, it would hit the toilet. Shower door would hit the main door. I mean…it was frustrating. After their “cleaning rounds” our towels weren’t changed and toilet paper wasn’t replenished. So when my husband and I returned from the beach, we had no toilet paper. I was so disappointed. Furthermore they don’t have refreshments in the lobby, not even water even if for purchase. Did I mention it’s super hidden and the GPS and taxi drivers struggle to find it?! Yeah. Not the greatest experience.

9/10 this place was really nice, I found this hotel after checking out of another that was horrible. Updated rooms, the view was nice, and I had a jacuzzi king room which was amazing. Mall and restaurants in walking distance, we felt safe and it was so much to explore and do in the area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend and stay here again.

The security guards will escort you to the floor, making sure it’s always 2 guests. The rooms were always dirty, never cleaned; they never cleaned them all 5 days I stayed here. The television never worked. The area was so far away from the beaches. The way they are so overprotected of this hotel, it’s only an upgrade from a Super 8. I constantly had to make a request for clean towels; never again.

I’ve never been to a hotel with no ice before. When I asked is there anything else I should know about a nice lady explained the loud noise all night from the 2 clubs across the street has been a big problem for many. Sadly she was correct. On top of that the worse WiFi I’ve ever had experienced at a hotel. Great location and views but I will never stay there again.

Understaffed & undertrained. They kept referring us to the adjacent mall for services. The hotel is fine, though the disco down the street pounding bass from around 11pm to 4-5am was less than ideal

The view was beautiful; minus the abandoned high rise obstruction..the staff were all pleasant and very accommodating.. Jaccuzi could’ve been properly cleaned..Having the property located on top of a shopping mall was a plus..
