Found a lizard, cockroach in my room and to top it off ants all over my food service when they dropped it off!! Air conditioning did not work 2 out of the 5 days. Not a great vacation

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious my room was.

The multitude of food choices was great. Ate very well. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The pools were great always things going on for kids and adults. Also liked the daily night shows that had different acts on different nights. Kids liked this too. My only negative was the last minute resort closure moving us over to Nuzic but we got free access to the Grand for entire stay.

Our family stay was wonderful with our 2 and 4 YO(this was our first trip as a family of 4). We loved the atmosphere there, and the friendly staff. All the restaurants were delicious (I’m pretty picky when it comes to food), our favorite was Habibi, and Circus was so fun! The resort is huge so you need to get picked up to go from point A to point B. During dinner wait times were long so we ended up walking to the lobby (10 min walk). There were endless of fun things for us and kids to do, the resort was clean and smelled delightful, food was delicious for an all inclusive, and booking dinner reservations were done easy through the app.Overall everything was great and we’ll definitely be back!
