We loved our 2-bedroom suite. It had an incredible view over one of the salt-water pools, past the palapa restaurant and out to the Caribbean. The food was good, the drinks were also good and not weak. Our kids loved and they had lots of kids programs. Checked out snorkel equipment and a kayak at the beach and had a blast. One of the pools and the beach were both incredibly kid friendly (no waves and very shallow for a while). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel more like family. To sum it up we felt that we had discovered a rare gem. It was peaceful, spacious and ideally suited to our family vacation. If you're looking for a wild time in Cancun this is not the place for you (there are many options for that) but if you're a family, or just want a relaxing time you should definitely check this place out.

The smell of the tap water was so bad that it was difficult to even shower or brush my teeth. In particular, the room I stayed in was right in front of the septic tank, so the smell was so bad when I opened the door.

Everything was very clean and quiet, it's great for kids. We snorkled a lot in the area in front of the resort and at the pier and saw so much wildlife including stingrays, pufferfish and barracuda. Since it's on the bay side there we no waves and the kids could safely play in the water. Kids really enjoyed the kids club activities and the staff there were very attentive and kind. All the staff was kind and quick to assist with anything we needed. They really try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation, we were offered a couples massage and an excursion to see cenote but declined since we had a short stay and wanted to stay at the beach. Over all it was a great vacation and i will definitely go back.

Decent hotel. Staff was great. Giving a card each time for food or drink gets annoying. It seems to be too much work for that, if they see you have an AI band, they shouldn't require you to do so much signing. Food places could have stayed open later. 24/7 room service was great.

We spend 3 nights and it was not enough to catch up with the fun and activities in the villa. My kids didn’t want to leave the environment as they had wonderful time. I will suggest having signs for easy directions around the villa. It took me time to locate the sport desk. I love the food varieties, the cleanliness, friendly staff.It was an excellent experience and we hope to visit again.

Really liked that the beach is close to hotel. Not a Hugh sprawling resort which makes getting around easy. All the staff extremely kind. The bed was hard. No wave action.
