The facility was very clean, super conveniently located to the beach, the food was AMAZING!! The staff and other vacationers were so friendly and we absolutely loved it there. The staff at the LaPlaya restaurant, especially William Hech, the manager and our most favorite server of all, Hector, went above and beyond to accommodate every possible need a guest could have wanted. We realized after we got there, that this was a more of a low-key quiet resort and I couldn’t help but pat myself on the back, lol. Even the children were so well behaved, I found it impressive. There were no hidden cost or fees and this was the first resort I have ever been to that looked exactly like the pictures, even better actually. Unfortunately, on day, 3/6 of our vacation, my sister fell and broke her arm, which really put a damper on the rest of our time here. However, it was of no fault of the resort or anybody associated with the resort, and we still did our best to have a good time. The only negative thing I can say, and I am 100% at fault for this, is I got scammed on the beach believing I was buying real silver jewelry, ugh!!! Tequila does more than make your clothes fall off, lol. When we first got there, the contact that they give you for your entire stay to help with anything or any questions you may have, was amazing as well. His name was Antonio and he went above and beyond for us as well. ZERO REGRETS, AMAZING FACILITY!
