the butlers Fernanda and Armando are really kind and responded my request quick. however the person who clean the room did not refill the amenities, like show cap, vanity kit etc. and I have to ask. The room is in good layout, i like the closet that can be opened from two sides and there are dual sinks in bath room. The food is OK, most of the restaurant staff are very welcoming. there is show every night and many activities during the day.

The hospitality of the hotel was exemplary. The staff were very friendly and polite with the willingness to help. My wife and I are vegetarian and there were enough food choices for us.
