Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request.

Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot. That said everything else was great! The area is fun and walkable, room was clean and well kept, and service was excellent and issues were dealt with quickly and easily.

It was a nice clean room in a great location close to beach and downtown. Alva was a super hostess. Only thing that was amiss was the towels. A few were soiled, especially the beach towels. All in all, fantastic and comfortable stay.

The location is perfect. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the beach umbrella, chairs and cooler they provided us! The staff is very helpful and can help you book snorkeling or a cenote visit. We really enjoyed our stay.
