One of the staff members was unprofessional and wrongly charged us and we had to try to have it corrected twice but ultimately it was the being taken advantage of that was upsetting, there is virtually no beach which we wish we were aware of ahead of time and wouldn’t have stayed, and the food at the first restaurant was sub par. Other than that it was ok. Will not be staying here again.

The resort is lovely, rooms are spacious and beautiful and beds very comfortable. The only place this resort needs to improve, is service at the restaurants - it is just too slow - this was at every restaurant, which is disappointing as the food is top notch.

The rooms were beautiful had amazing ocean views cute hot tubs on the patio so you have your own private hot tub. Room service was so sweet very accommodating. All staff was very friendly very welcoming. Food was phenomenal and if you sit by the pool, make sure you sit with Patricia she is absolutely amazing. She helped to make our stay one of a kind.
