We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Grand Cancun. Our room was nice and clean every day, the staff was friendly, food was good. The only thing we didn’t like was how aggressive they are trying to get you to sign up for a breakfast in which they give you information about becoming members of the resort. We were very tired from our trip and were traveling with a 2 year old so we just wanted to get to our room and rest but they were very persistent. We told them we were not interested and they finally backed off. Other than that I also think they could’ve had more kid friendly food options at the buffet style restaurants, and perhaps more entertainment for kids. They did have a kids club area which was nice for our toddler, but the kids activities were for kids 5 and up. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to others.

Staff were all so amazing. Everyone went above and beyond. I went with my daughter who is 13. We loved LUNA who works in the lounge. Also Jaime was wonderful - works in the Italian restaurant. Eduardo “Lalo” who is in entertainment was a gem also! Great food, everyone so friendly and a safe resort. Lots of pool options and dining. Ocean was beautiful! Everything was pretty darn clean too!
