The first day when we arrived, the bathroom was not clean and a pillow case was dirty with some blood-like print. Bathtub and toilet were not cleaned properly. But after room service, it was clean. The room was quite new and of good view. Staff are gentle and helpful. Food was average and I would highly recommend Pina Colada and La Vista but say no to Da Vinci restaurant due to the food quality. Overall, the price is good and reasonable, but I would prefer staying somewhere else next time due to food and cleaness.
