The staff was good as far as taking care ofe for my birthday but the stay horrible. I wouldn't stay there again. All drinks are watered down everywhere which you have to pay for premium drinks so im not sure was the VIP access was all about. The food was just ok not great except the Sushi bar by the pool. Now for my complaint: I had theeeee worst time EVER in my room. Everyday especially during the night and wee hours of the morning there was all kinds of banging noises and sounds like people moving furniture scraping the floor which made it difficult to sleep at night. The last night before our flight same thing but worse. 12 midnight someone or people were banging really hard on our door like the police scared the hell out of us and broke the deep sleep I was in. I was FURIOUSSSS but too scared to open the damn door. And you could hear people talking a couple doors down sounding like they knocked on someone elses door. That was a horrible experience and I wont ever be staying there again. I should definitely be compensated.

We enjoyed the property, the nightly shows, the pools and restaurants overall. Very family friendly and nice staff. Special thank you to Judith for helping sort out my ride situation to an excursion.

Barbara the concierge we dealt with was amazing. Also housekeeping was amazing as well. There was not so,I’d staff at beach or pools. We had to almost always go to get our own water or drinks or food. Hotel could also be kept cleaner. Food options limited. It’s a family resort and one restaurant now does t even allow kids. We brought our kids and grandkids here and for the most part at dinner in buffet. Have to make reservations at the 3 other places and if you don’t do a few days before each night we couldn’t even get in until after 8
