Hotel staff was excellent. Property was brand new and clean. The free breakfast is cold ham and sliced bread. Cheap, fake orange juice. The Gym was nice but no AC. Very bad and inconvenient location. Very limited dining in the area and nk where to eat inside with AC. Broken waterlines inside the walls.....new construction. No towels in the pool..No paper towels to dry hands in public restrooms. Lobby is extremely hot and not properly climate controlled. No ventilation fan in bathroom.

Muy bien, llegamos ya tarde pero en todo momento nos atendieron muy bien, conocí a los recepcionistas de los 3 turnos y sin duda excelente servicio, el hotel es muy bonito y lo único que le hace falta es un restaurancito, de ahí en fuera todo fenomenal. Si regresaría.

Me encanto.la atención de los recepcionista, el hotel apesar de estar en el centro de Cancún está bonito, te dan café de cortesía. Tiene una alberca techada, billar. Y a 10 minutos caminando está la lavandería 24 horas por si tú estancia es mayor. Me encantó
