Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room did not have a closet or a microwave, which would have been convenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I had a pleasant stay.

Hotel staff was excellent. Property was brand new and clean. The free breakfast is cold ham and sliced bread. Cheap, fake orange juice. The Gym was nice but no AC. Very bad and inconvenient location. Very limited dining in the area and nk where to eat inside with AC. Broken waterlines inside the walls.....new construction. No towels in the pool..No paper towels to dry hands in public restrooms. Lobby is extremely hot and not properly climate controlled. No ventilation fan in bathroom.

La habitación SOLO tenía 2 almohadas y 2 toallas cuando baje para pedir SOLO una toalla más se negaron rotundamente que es imposible tener más de 2 toallas por habitación lo volví a intentar con otro encargado y me dijo lo mismo, después por mi embarazo me es difícil dormir con una sola almohada pedí otra y se negaron mi esposo terminó durmiendo sin almohada para dármela a mí les dijimos que no había jabón para manos y nos dijeron agarren los que están dentro de la regadera. Ambos empleados súper descorteses, literalmente uno nos respondió es lo que hay y no puedo hacer más. Terrible experiencia y muy mal sabor de boca

Tudo muito bom, apenas o café da manhã que não tinha muita opção, poderiam pensar em fazer um café da manhã com opções mexicanas, seria uma ótima experiência para os hóspedes.
