Absolutely unreal stay! From the minute we entered the property to leaving - we were looked after really well by Nilam on the front desk (she deserves a raise!!!). They also upgraded our room and celebrated my masters which was such a lovely surprise. The most luxurious stay in goa, peaceful and food was incredible. Yes. It was clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. But the property is very old. Needs upgrading. Some people may like the dated furniture look. Plumbing has problems. Hot water faucets and showers did not work well inspite of repeated visits of the plumber.

Due to the problem of flights from Jet Airways, our flight took off late by six hours yet. The Hotel welcomed us at around 3 PM in the morning, and we were provided all the required things. In addition to that we were upgraded from a cottage to exclusive suit. It was an unforgettable experience for us. Thanks to the management. Thanks to all the services wear excellent as always.
