The attentive and hospitable team provides exceptional service, including butler, concierge, housekeeping, and service staff. Additional services such as a nanny, babysitter, or masseuse are available upon request for an extra charge. Breakfast options include English or Indonesian choices, served from 7 to 11 AM.

For transfers between 9pm and 7am, a surcharge of IDR 75,000 applies. Please note that the fee is payable directly to the driver. Payments can be made in any currency to the equivalent of US Dollars or AUD Dollars or IDR rupiah.
