Within walking distance to everything. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping are warm, welcoming & accomodatimg. Beds & pillows are very comfy.

This was the third attempt to stay here in ten years and nothing has changed, overpriced rooms, extremely loud hallways where the other guests with children are given free reign over the hallways like its a park, threats of violence from other guests including knocking at our door because we put a do not disturb on the door handle. Half the hotel is under construction, guests are expected to walk outside in swim wear during -25 cold to get to and from pool. Charged for parking each night on top of rm charges. No clear receipt has been sent to my email to reflect the several charges that remain on my visa card 4 days after leaving. This is possibly the worst hotel in Canmore and if you’re looking to get some sleep stay at a less expensive and higher class hotel like the dumpster out back that is much quieter and peaceful.
