This hotel is in Le Bar sur Loup, a quaint location that is much smaller and quieter than Grasse itself.

Merci Château du Grasse

Everything about this place was wonderful. Stupendous views, beautifully appointed rooms. The hosts were so obliging,speak great English and humored my French. Gorgeous old village, not at all the Cote d'Azur experience.Local folk were friendly,sweet,helpful.Very glad to have two days of calm there after three weeks of sightseeing. Going back,I hope.

Peaceful relaxing stay

An interesting out of the way way place. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The bed was comfortable. The lounge was a great place to relax and have a drink. Could have coffee and tea facilities in the rooms or maybe in the lounge area.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location.

The hotel is perched high on a hill in a beautiful location. It is run by Henry, who is very friendly and speaks English well. He has his delightful girlfriend Eva helping him in the Café. We enjoyed our 2 days there very much and would recommend it to everyone.

lovely getaway with stunning views.

The stay was for a visit to the south coast. Hotel was lovely and views spectacular. The room was well presented although not huge by any standards. Parking was tight and awkward. The rooms were well presented but laked tea or coffee making facilities, we would always expect this. The couple who run the chateau were very hospitable and recommended the restaurant " The Jarrerie" a 5/10 min walk away, it was fantastic, and we ate there both nights.

our stay was very special. Bar--sur-Loup is exquisite and Henri is a most gracious hotelier. The two restaurants he recommended were excellent and he attended to our every need. The room was beautiful fabulous views. Lots of space. I loved it.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel in a small charming hill town. Room was spacious, spotless, with a wonderful view. Bathroom also clean and quite large. Breakfast was standard continental. There is free parking, though the lot is small. Le Donjon restaurant just across the parking lot offered several interesting meals for a fair price. The town is relatively close to Grasse.

Highly recommended

Best part of the hotel are the rooms - spacious and tastefully decorated. Bathroom is huge, very uncommon in France. Not much facilities. Overall I enjoyed it very much. The restaurant next door (Bistro Don Jon) is excellent.

This is a very charming, clean and well positioned place to stay. The hosting was spotless and the view from the room really amazing, only 40 min from Cannes and close to many interesting villages. Klassisk boutique hotel

Meget personlig og venlig modtagelse. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Hotellet har ikke nogen restaurant, men der ligger en rigtigt god restaurant bare 50 meter fra hotellet, og to mere indenfor gåafstand som alle varmt kan anbefales.
