Florella Achard is a residence consisting of 6 apartments of different types, furnished in a simple style but with everything needed to provide a comfortable stay for guests. Just a few steps from La Banane, its location is ideal for those seeking a central accommodation. The main points of interest in the city are quickly accessible: the Croisette with its beaches and luxury boutiques, the Palais des Festivals, the picturesque Suquet with its Marché Forville, and the Carré d’Or with its many lively local spots. An ideal choice for leisure or business trips.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during congress periods and the summer season.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that a physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and the summer season.
For self check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
