Located on Rue Félix Faure facing the port, this studio places you only 50 meters from the Palais and about 200 meters from the beaches.

Recently renovated, the apartment offers a calm and practical space in the heart of the city.

The main room combines the sleeping and living area, with a 180x200 bed, television and air conditioning.

The open kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and integrates smoothly into the living space, while a desk and dining area add everyday comfort.

A bathroom with shower and suspended toilet completes the apartment.

Situated on the second floor of a renovated building, the studio currently has no operational elevator, though no construction work will occur during reservations.

From here, Cannes is entirely walkable: the Palais des Festivals is two minutes away, the Croisette beaches just beyond, and restaurants, bars and shops surround the neighborhood.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
