Near Valbonne village - beautiful country house in a hectare of greenery in absolute calm. The villa is in complete immersion in nature, for your tranquility and your privacy.
The house is composed of a large private parking,
Wifi / Internet - 15 Mbit / s, a living room with its big screen with all international channels options plus free access Netflix, Satellite TV Astra, BeIN Sport.
From a dining room with a large table, the living room and the dining room are open on the terrace, the magnesium pool (fresh water) and its large garden. A beautiful modern and functional kitchen open to the outside living room with no opposite. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 4 to 6)

This pretty country house has an absolute advantage, the village of Valbonne is about 800 meters.
Valbonne is a beautiful and authentic Provençal village, very animated with its festivities, its very good restaurants and its Provençal market with its vegetables, fruits as well as its delicious products of the soil (cheeses, olives, oil ...)
The location is great for a family, with outdoor games like ping pong, badminton, and trampoline.
Inside board games, Wifi access, Netflix and international channels.
All this 15 minutes from Cannes beaches, Antibes, 25 minutes from Nice, and about 40 minutes from Monaco.

We just returned from a two-week stay at this magnificent villa, and we are already dreaming of coming back next year! This property exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday on the Côte d'Azur.First and foremost, Bernadette is an excellent host—very professional and incredibly welcoming. We were delighted to find a chilled bottle of Rosé waiting for us upon arrival—a wonderful and thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel on vacation! Thank you, Bernadette, for taking such good care of us.The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need. The pool was pristine, Villa secure, and had an electric gate, which was great for peace of mind. The BBQ setup is brilliant! We particularly enjoyed grilling "Gambas" (prawns) purchased fresh from the local fishmonger—a true holiday highlight. The location is ideal. We were an easy 10-minute walk from the charming village of Valbonne. We will truly miss our lovely morning routine of walking the dog into Valbonne to pick up the most delicious fresh croissants and baguettes!The villa is also perfectly situated for exploring the French Riviera. Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, St Paul de Vence, Grasse, and Gréolières were all within easy driving distance, making day trips simple and fun.We spent two truly amazing weeks here and will absolutely be back. Beautiful house, wonderful hosts.

The house was everything one could ask for. Proximity to center of Valbonne, spacious, light-filled, surrounded by nature. We felt very fortunate to be in that house during our stay, because we had several days of rain, yet we could be comfortable. As for the hosts, they could not have been kinder, more accommodating, solicitous. The experience (aside from he weather!) could not have been better.

Beautiful stay in Valbonne!

Our stay at this charming home spoiled us for the rest of our visit in France! Communication with our host was easy, with rapid and thorough responses to our questions. Once on site, Bernadette welcomed us warmly and provided great recommendations for local places and activities. Our teens loved the pool and ping pong table. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need to cook from home and more! Laundry on site was a plus, and the house had so many thoughtful touches for a family: games, pool floats, extra towels, etc. Convenient walking access to Valbonne village, and an easy road trip to Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Eze, Grasse, etc. Hard to say goodbye to this lovely home, a beautiful region and its charming host!

A Really Lovely Villa

This is the second year we have stayed in the villa in Valbonne. The villa location is excellent a short easy walk into Valbonne and the restaurants. The sun is on the villa all day and the pool was a great temperature for cooling down. There was just the two of us. The villa is a very good size, comfortable and was lovely and clean. Bernadette was excellent to communicate with and always responded quickly. We had driven to Valbonne and there is secure parking, which is a bonus. Yet another lovely holiday in Valbonne.

An Excellent Villa

The villa was very quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Valbonne. There are a number of nice restaurants in the centre of Valbonne and Mougins is only a 10 minute drive away, if you have a car or call a taxi. There were just two of us staying at the villa which is large and can easily accommodate six people. The outside space is very nice and gets the sun all day. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t do any cooking! For people who like to barbecue there was a comprehensive barbecue. We had driven to the South of France and the electronic gates provided security for the car, as well as there was ample parking. The pool was very nice albeit I found it a bit cold. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend the villa.

Great house in a charming small town

This house worked really well for us. Everything we needed was one one floor and everything worked, including Netflix(!). If I have one small criticism it is that the garden is not dog proof, at least as far as our two small determined cairn terriers are concerned so we could not let them wander the large partly wooded grounds which was a shame. Bernadette, the host, was charming and very helpful giving us recommendations about where to shop and eat and we used them all. L'Amandier in Mougins was really good and the two small places in the village were good too. Valbonne is a charming place to walk round and it's not too far to get into the hills to get away from the Nice/Grasse/Cannes conurbation.

Family Holiday

A great stay in Valbonne that had been long awaited and much needed! Bernadette was exceptionally helpful during a time of significant uncertainty in the run up to our trip. She contacted the French authorities to help with conflicting advice and was an enormous help. She met us very late in the evening when we arrived due to terrible traffic on our way through France and she couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay! We hope be back again in the future.

the villa itself is a little gem. Bernadette was super friendly and helpful, she gave us many recommendations and was always available. We had a great time in the villa which was fully equipped. Great location to discover the South of france. The town of valbonne is walking distance and is sooo beautiful with many delicious restaurants!

Lovely house in Valbonne

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need, including toilet roll/kitchen roll/dishwasher tablets/hand wash/towels etc. Bernadette looked after us very well, setting up a WhatsApp conversation and supplying us with a high chair, travel cots and even extra fans (though the AC unit in the house is very good). It's a 10 minute walk downhill to Valbonne, which is a lovely small town with several great restaurants (try Le Bistrot du Sommelier). The walk back is uphill - but it's easy enough unless it is punishingly hot! A large Super U supermarket is less than 10mins away for supplies. A great base for exploring Grasse / St Paul de Vence / Cannes etc and only 30mins from Nice Airport. I would thoroughly recommend!

Cannot say enough about this charming villa! Bernadette was so friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was clean and beautiful. The yard was well kept and the house was very clean. Short drive to town. Love Valbonne and would highly recommend the house to anyone in the area. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were clean. Great house for a family with kids - there are even legos! Probably the best VRBO we have ever been in - didn't want to leave!!!

Beautiful property

We had an amazing stay in this well appointed home. The pool was nice, the kids bounced on the trampoline and we had family ping pong tournaments. The house is very close to Valbonne village and a short drive to all the beautiful towns along the coast (Nice, Antibes, Cannes). Bernadette and Jorg were incredible hosts and made our stay very comfortable. I would like to stay in this house again.

Fantastic stay!

The two of us have just spent the whole of March at this lovely property and can’t recommend it highly enough. The house was very clean and well-presented and we appreciated the special touches when we arrived, like fresh flowers and a bottle of Provence rosé waiting in the fridge. We had perfect communications with the owners, who set up a What’s App group, giving us recommendations for restaurants, golf courses and answering questions by return. On each occasion we met, they were very gracious, friendly and responsive. Bernadette and Jörg even had a new satellite dish installed while we were there to provide us with English channels. It’s a 10 minute stroll into the village, which is terrific with everything on hand, including many pétanque courts where we both watched the locals for tips, and played ourselves. Valbonne is a great location for visiting the whole area - with the beaches of the Côte d’Azur and the gorges and mountains of the Alpes Maritimes reached within half an hour. Our weather was wonderful, with sunshine every day - we had a brilliant time. So did our cocker spaniel, Ellie, who was made welcome in shops and restaurants - it’s super that the French are so accommodating with dogs. We’re looking forward to returning next year and would certainly recommend the property to others. Jo and Norman

Wir haben hier ein wunderbares Ferienobjekt in der Provence vorgefunden, mit allem, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt.Das gepflegte, von aussen nicht einsehbare Grundstück nebst Pool bieten genügend Platz für einen entspannten und gemütlichen Aufenthalt vor Ort. Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche lassen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Das Auto ist dort sicher abgestellt.Ideal ist die Lage. Schnell ist man zu Fuß in dem wunderschönen Örtchen Valbonne für den Freitagsmark, oder für einen abentlichen Restaurantaufenthalt. Grasse, Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, etc. sind schnell schnell und unkompliziert mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Bernadette ist extrem symathisch und hilfsbereit und steht bei Fragen gerne und jederzeit zur Verfügung.Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen dort sehr genossen und können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Es steht ausser Frage, dass wir wiederkommen, sollten wir unseren nächsten Trip in die Provence planen.Liebe Bernadette, vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!
