Check in at the main hotel was really easy and very pleasant due to Maiya Fabello the Assistant General Manager! Maiya was helping a returning couple before us and she knew them and was eager to have them back. Her approach to greeting, explaining the area, and answering all questions was top notch! It was a cloudy day, but she brightened up our visit, can’t say enough about her glowing attitude. The property was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for: cozy, clean, comfortable with a kitchen area for cooking, small refrigerator for drinks/snacks and comfortable bed. The real prize was the location not only to either side of the town, but especially to the beach near Haystack Rock! Maiya explained that the area near McBee on the beach wasn’t too crowded and it wasn’t and the view as you walked just a minute from the front door was spectacular! We highly recommend anyone to stay at McBee Cottages, you will enjoy it!

This property was very expensive. The room was small and missing light bulbs, had dirty carpet and a horribly dirty ceiling fan we didn’t even want to turn on. Disappointed

I loved we were close to downtown, close to multiple coffee shops and the service was amazing for our first time with a baby! They set up the pack and play for us, ensured it was cleaned and remembered our daughter’s name at check out. Definitely will be staying there again.

Super humid room with no way of creating a breeze even with the rear windows wide open. No AC in the room. Electric outlets all had sparks emanating from them. Humidity will cause that to happen. Unsafe to use without concern of a fire hazard. Bath towels were rough like sandpaper and super thin. Kitchen sponge had a bleaching agent on it which ruined clothing that I had a spot on. I would not consider a microwave and mini fridge a "kitchenette". The wicker chairs provided no support and are uncomfortable. Cozy - definitely not Rustic would be more accurate For what I paid I definitely did not get my money's worth. I didn't expect opulence, but I did expect a place with better quality to have received so many positive reviews. Not worth the money I paid.
