A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower. It’s a unique and comfortable choice among holiday homes, ideal for a peaceful getaway.

By car:  4.5 hours from Sydney
              2 hours from Canberra and one hour from Orange, Parks and Forbes

Other Things to Note:
- Fresh eggs are available for breakfast
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home or on the property
- Please don't enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
