Welcome to your brand new home away from home in Canyon Lake Forest! The Comal Park lake access and everything you may need is less than a 5 minute drive away. We're only minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater, New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and historic Gruene, Texas. Even though it is a quiet neighborhood, there is so much to do and amazing local food you can't pass up. Boat Ramp 5 is in the neighborhood just past the golf course. This newly constructed home feels incredibly spacious for being so cozy. High ceilings and lots of windows allow the natural light in as you lounge on the comfy couch, eat breakfast on the bar or sit at the table for dinner. This would be a great stay for a family or a group of friends enjoying the year round lake life or surrounding hill country. The fully stocked kitchen will delight the cook in your group. Games, extra snuggle blankets and washer/dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy original custom artwork throughout the home which you can even purchase from the artist!

Comfortable & Quaint

Lovely home in a nice location. Close to the lake and town. Beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in and out of the house. Great kitchen. Other rentals nearby by for those traveling with a large group like us. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely choose this home again.

Great home base for river get away

The property was great; the house had everything we needed and was super clean! It was the perfect place for a group of friends to relax and cook dinner after a river float, play games in the living space, and had plenty of room for everyone to have a great night’s sleep! We would definitely rent again if we come back to the area!
