I arrived at 6:30pm to an empty lobby and no staff. I rang the bell, no reply, called the phone number posted twice, no answer, looked around found the employee laundry door open, knocked a announced my presence, no answer, back to the office, noticed the door to the back room ajar, knocked and announced my presence, no answer. I stood dumbfounded for a few minutes then pounded on the bell one last time before i figured i would have to go to another hotel without a reservation, and finally the staff member on duty appears from the back room sleepy eyed and a bit disoriented. The room itself was a bit smelly and rough around the edges, peeling floor tile in the bathroom and mold/mildew in the shower. It also appears i was charged twice for my pet addition. Overall a poor experience at best, i departed at 9 am the next morning feeling tired but more than happy to leave the experience behind.

Issues started with trying to check in. Had to have the room keys reissued three times. Finally got into a freezing room with holes patched in the walls, no decor, and a tv not working. After being reassigned a room we had to wait to get in because it was not clean. While gone we got a call Wanting to verify wfat room keys we were given because it was not in the system. Then after arriving back we continued to have tv internet connection issues. So we went to bed early and got up and left early. The place needs a remodel and should charging closer $50 a night. Not worth $100. We travel a lot and I also work at a resort. This was not up to par.

I didn't expect much from a Travelodge, but the condition of the exterior and the inside of the room were sub-par. Old dirty brick exterior, beat-up cabinetry and stained bathroom sinks, terrible internet connection (WiFi isn't strong enough to watch any streaming; it freezes after a couple minutes and takes over 5 minutes to come back & then freeze again), and lukewarm shower. The "free breakfast" was yogurt, cereal, and bagels; not worth calling it free. The front desk clerk was friendly and the bed was comfortable, but I shall not stay here again.

It’s was a good hotel to stay in but they need to change the check-in time to 3:00 and not 2:00. I arrived at 1:30 and had to wait in my car for 3:00 even though check in time was suppose to be 2:00 .
