1.特性：居家形式的民宿 2.優點： 2.1具有廚房可供簡單料理使用 2.2有RO水補充飲用水方便 2.3房間為木製高架地板、環境安靜、陽光可照進房間 2.4冷氣為冷暖變頻，相當安靜 3.缺點： 3.1房間缺乏小桌，對於有辦公需求的商務客不方便(無法放置筆電或文書資料) 3.2插座為兩孔式，使用筆電充電不便 3.3未提供杯子，刷牙與飲水不便(可能要自備杯具) 3.4當地交通不便，若無交通工具，用餐需要步行較遠

安靜、舒適，好像自己的家。屋主很親切，但離市區較遠，購物、飲食不是很方便。停車要在路旁自己找位子，不會很難找。

位置有點偏僻，但其他都還不錯，有廚房可以自己料理早餐，房間的空間有點窄，有沙發電視可以看，大樓裡面，二樓很近

乾淨、舒適、安靜。沒有停車位，但附近算好停車。廚房設備齊全。鄰居早上較早開始活動，比較難睡到自然醒。
