Villa Moscheni was built in 1650. It is situated in Tuscany in a unique position at
the foot of the “Nobl Hills”, 9kms North/East of the walled city of Lucca. The villa
is situated few hundreds of metres from the famous villas of Lucca: Villa Reale,
Villa Grabau and Villa Oliva. The Villa was bought by the Buldrini family and the
work of reconstruction and consolidation begin, the gardens and vegetable
gardens are reproduced according to the information available on the typical
Lucca style of the villas outside the city walls. The architecture recalls the the
15th century style with the two-level entrance staircase on the principal facade,
with balustrade and columns in stone and the three-arched lodge of typical
Tuscan order facing the rear facade.
The property has a park with century-old trees, splendid Mediterranean plants
and fruit garden. A gallery of roses crosses one side of the garden, from the
pool (13/6mtrs and from 1.10 to 1.60 deep) to the lemon houses one of which
has a ping pong and billiard table while the other has a kitchen for cooking
lessons and pizza parties. Pizza oven ( for party on request).
These can also be used for special occasions or just for reading and relaxing.

Accommodations
There are 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. The inside of the villa is decorated with frescoes of the 1600/1700, restored to
their original splendor in 2018. All the elements which furnish this spectacular property are of the highest historical value
due to their authenticity. From the original, cotto pavements to the wooden beam ceilings, the delightful fireplaces, the
columns in marble , to the precious frescoes and decorations. The elegant and sophisticated furnishings with precious
materials and elegant gildings lend great charm and unique emotions to this antique building.The villa, approximately
1.000 mq, has three floors and can hold 18 guests. AC is in all the rooms except in the “limonaia”.

Ground Floor
On this floor there is the main kitchen with the original wood stove and opens onto the garden; the dining room, closet, two
bathrooms with toilet, bidet and hand basin, a second smaller kitchen and a lounge room. The original cellar has been
converted into a cellar, with the original wooden wine barrels, an area for wine-tasting and a special room with an excellent
selection of wines. From the cellar there is a direct entrance into the garden.

First Floor
The entrance into a salon by a typical Lucca style 16th century staircase. From this central salon you enter:a lounge room
with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen which opens onto a covered patio for 18 people, two double bedrooms, a shared
bathroom, another double bedroom with a separate bathroom , a frescoed “music “room with piano, a study, a lounge room
and a bathroom with shower.

Second Floor
On this floor there is a big fitness room with all modern athletic equipment, 4 double bedrooms, another 3double bedrooms
and 4 bathrooms.
