Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 10. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Please note: the beds are raised and accessed by a ladder.
