This beautiful and modern finca apartment is located only 3 km from Cala Ratjada, in the northeast of the island, very quiet and rural. The fine sandy beach bays Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla are only 4 km away, Cala Ratjada and Capdepera can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The finca is located on a small path from which you can explore the pure nature also by bike or as a hiker.



The recently modernized apartment is well maintained and well equipped. On 60 square meters of living space are distributed 2 bedrooms and a living / dining room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen plus more satellite TV and direct access to the terrace with pool, as well as high-quality furniture and sun loungers.The two spacious bedrooms with double beds are also modern and tastefully furnished. One of them has SAT-TV. The modern bathroom has a large brick shower, sink and toilet. There is 1 mobile air conditioner that you can use in the room where you want it.For the cooler months, a central heating plus stove provides cozy comfort.



Outside you will find a nicely furnished terrace of about 60 sqm. The 7.5 x 3.5 m swimming pool is exclusively for the guests of this finca apartment. The friendly and very helpful owners live in the adjacent house, but only appear on request. The apartment has its own entrance. Here you are completely undisturbed.Enjoy the peace and beauty on this finca with its attractive surroundings. Also suitable for night owls, because Cala Ratjada with its Discoteheken, Bolero, Physical, Chocolate and Angels is reachable by car/taxi in 5 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes.
