This spacious and cozy villa is the perfect place for large groups or families, accommodating up to 8 adults and 4 children, and located in the heart of Cala Ratjada. Its privileged location puts you just steps away from the promenade, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, ensuring that everything you need is within easy reach.



The villa features a furnished terrace overlooking the garden with exterior shower and barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing moments. In the small adjacent room, you will find a washing machine, dryer, trash bins, cleaning supplies, a first-aid kit, an iron, and an ironing board. The terrace provides access to the living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Next is the independent kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, and all necessary utensils.



The ground floor bedroom, with a double bed (1.5 x 1.9 meters), also has direct access to this terrace. In addition to this bedroom, there is another with two single beds on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer, and a wardrobe. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are available upon request.



Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a small living area with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower.



A staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining four bedrooms are located. Each is similarly equipped with two single beds pushed together, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a safe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a TV with satellite channels.



Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have access to another sunny, furnished terrace with views of the garden and the neighborhood.



For added comfort, the villa provides WiFi suitable for remote work and a TV with satellite channels, ensuring entertainment and connectivity at all times.



Located in the very center of Cala Ratjada, this beautiful villa is close to the promenade, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The surroundings are perfect for water sports, hiking, and cycling. Nearby, you will find many stunning beaches such as Cala Gat, Son Moll, and Cala Agulla. We recommend visiting Capdepera Castle, the Artà Caves, and the Llevant Nature Park.

Parties and events are not allowed.



Pets are not allowed.



A security deposit will be held via a credit card, and the guest must provide their details through a secure payment link. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.



In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over the age of 16. The fee is €2.20 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during the high season, the amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa/MasterCard. This payment is mandatory.



As required by law, we must request copies of the ID or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information must be sent via email.
