INSIDE

Open and airy, the open concept is ideal for entertaining and offers pool and water views from a wall of sliders. Tasteful furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to sink into comfortable sofas to watch TV in the great room. Well-equipped, the kitchen is outfitted with sleek granite counters, double ovens, and a large center island that is perfect for meal prep. The dining table accommodates 12 so sharing meals is a breeze. You also have a family room that expands your living space. It is decked out with a TV, pinball machine, card table, indoor basketball, puzzles, and board games.

The split floor plan allows for privacy during your stay. One wing comprises two beautifully decorated primary suites, one with access to the lanai. Each is furnished with a king bed and TV, and both have private baths with large tile showers. On the other side of the home, you will find the remaining five bedrooms and two baths. Three of the bedrooms have sliders opening to the pool area. Both wings have their own laundry room.

OUTSIDE

Amazing outdoor living space will be the highlight of your stay! Partially covered, the screened lanai has plenty of room to lounge around the pool and spa. Plus, there is ample seating when you want to dine outdoors and make use of your gas grill. The pool table is sure to be a hit along with the sandy relaxation area that is complete with a hammock – the perfect place to soak up some Florida sunshine!

Grab the fishing poles and head to the tiki hut for fishing in the canal. Boaters will love having a dock right outside their door, and you are only a short ride (no bridges or locks) from the Gulf of America.

Ideally located, you are a short drive from waterfront restaurants, nightlife, Sun Splash, Tropical Breeze Fun Park, Fort Myers Beach, and Matlacha Island. Venture just a little further to experience the beauty of Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

Wonderful and relaxing!

We had a wonderful week. Pool and spa were nice! Weather was absolutely perfect. House is located on a quiet street close to dining and groceries. Close enough to area beaches for fun day trips. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space and time to relax. Just an overall wonderful place to stay. We had zero issues all week but the property management seemed very responsive when I had questions. Thank you for the great week. The owl nest was really fun to observe.

Needs some TLC

My sisters and I rented this property for a week which worked out well since there were seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. However, when we arrived, we found the cleanliness of the home not up to par. We did contact the Property Manager, and he offered to have someone come back out and clean, but by that time we had already taken care of the majority of the issues. There were also cosmetic concerns that need addressed and the home was dated, but overall, it was a decent house with plenty of amenities. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful, and we even enjoyed laying down by the dock to soak up the sun. The two washers and dryers were a bonus along with the indoor basketball hoop, pinball machine and large connect four game. The closest shopping was about 15-minute drive and Fort Myers Beach was an hour’s drive due to the traffic
