This welcoming Cape Coral home offers a comfortable single-story layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it a great fit for families or groups of up to 8 guests. Inside, you’ll find a spacious and functional setup with a primary bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The mattresses are brand new Sealy mattresses, and the home includes closets, hangers, room-darkening shades, and TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, and outdoor area.

The bathrooms are set up for convenience and comfort. The primary ensuite includes a tile walk-in shower with two separate shower heads, while the hallway bathroom features a tub and shower combo. Guests will also have access to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a dedicated laundry area in the garage with a Whirlpool washer and Electrolux dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a refrigerator, built-in freezer, microwave, electric Samsung stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, espresso machine, coffee pot, kettle, smoothie blender, toaster oven, and waffle maker. It also comes stocked with everyday essentials like plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, silverware, baking items, cutting boards, Tupperware, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper.

The living and entertainment areas are designed for fun and downtime.
