**It’s located between two very convenient airports- Bonita Bee (42 minutes) and Fort Myers (34 minutes).

The space
In order to be respectful of our neighbors and community, we would like to make it clear that this is not a party house.

*This beautiful home is situated a mile off the Gulf of Mexico, providing easy access to go to the islands of Matlacha, Pine Island, Ft Myers, and the beautiful Sanibel beach.

There are several options for boat rentals or fishing charters.

* Workspace: This home contains an office area or workspace in order to work remotely and take those meetings and calls. This space can also be used as an additional sleeping space. We have a pack and play, and baby monitor available at all times. And there is a futon available if people want to spread out a little more.

* Our kitchen has modern appliances including a brand-new dishwasher, and ample counter space. It is stocked with an instapot, air fryer, waffle maker, pots, pans, and a toaster. There are plenty of dishes from plastic to ceramic. We even have some baby/toddler dishes available for use.

* The laundry is located off the kitchen and the washer and dryer are also brand new! A few eco friendly laundry tabs will be available for your convenience.

* Bedrooms: both the master bedroom and the queen bedroom have fully adjustable Roku smart tvs.

*Kids: the kids’ room has a variety of toys and two twin bunks. All the beds have hypoallergenic mattress covers and pillow protectors for an addd layer of cleanliness.

*Pool: The home includes a full supply of pool towels and a variety of floaties for guest use. The lanai was rescreened in October 2025 and features a comfortable outdoor couch, Smart TV, lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and soft evening lighting. Pool heating is available for a small additional fee to cover utility costs.

*Bathrooms: this house comes with plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The bath and body products are truly non toxic, scented with essential oils.
