Guests will love the pool and screened in lanai. This home sits in a ideal location in the southwest portion of Cape Coral and is very close and in walking distance to many stores and other nearby conveniences.

Step into this 4 bedroom home which features a master bedroom with a king bed, and three guest rooms. The first and second guest rooms hold queen beds with the last guest room hosting two twin beds making this the perfect spot for family or friends. You will enjoy the open floor plan between the kitchen and spacious living room area. The dining area is directly off the kitchen with barstools just adjacent making this a great place to gather together while cooking and enjoying meals and family time together.. Outside you will enjoy the pool and screened in lanai which has a table and chairs perfect for hanging out by the pool or enjoying a meal together.
