The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The south facing villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the spacious pool deck and boat dock. Both areas offer more space than usual for sunbathing and relaxing.

The perfect location makes the villa the ideal spot for boaters. You can easily get to the river without water gates. The villa is located at a wide canal so that even inexperienced drivers can safely moor their boat at the private dock. Further highlights for water-lovers are several kayaks & Stand Up Paddle Boards as well as a tube and board that can be used by our guests. Also a cornhole game is provided.

Enjoy the beautiful view from the pool area on one of the six sun loungers. For your convenience there are plenty of towels available and our small guests will love the water toys, balls, air mattress, and small water slide.

With 2750 sqft the villa is luxuriously dimensioned and provides plenty of space. It captivates with its tasteful and modern furnishing and two large master suites with private bath. Both rooms have a direct access to the pool area. One of the master bathrooms even has a free-standing bathtub. Altogether, the luxury villa has four bed rooms and three luxurious bathrooms. All areas are equipped with TV and wifi. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is the ideal place for extensive cooking events.

The privileged location of this wonderful villa offers several shopping facilities within close proximity, and a large selection of various restaurants. Many popular destinations are within easy reach by car.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
