This southeast Cape Coral villa, located on the Gulf Access with south exposure, is perfect for watching the sunset, fishing, and enjoying the variety of wildlife. This gorgeous tropical retreat is close to shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater, and restaurants & bars.

This magnificent 2,328 square-foot Gulf Access home offers three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The primary Suite has direct access to the lanai, and heated pool & spa to lounge around all day. The primary bathroom has a walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, and a whirlpool tub, perfect to get your relaxing juices going. The large great room is perfect for entertaining your family and friends while watching your favorite movie. For snacks or culinary creations on your mind, the large kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, dishes, silverware, Air-fryer, and cookware. The large dining area seats six.

Enjoy the tropical outdoor living - with the best features of a heated L-shaped pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Water. The covered lanai is perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, and grilling out the outdoor-barbecue grill. At the canal, you may enjoy the sun deck for sunbathing or fishing. You may see great Florida wildlife through observing the birds, fish, and turtles.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed internet, large flat-screen TV’s in two bedrooms and a living area with included cable package for all your entertainment needs.

Property is well maintained but not new. Cleanliness was 5 stars - immaculate. Laundry is modern and would be great for a family that needs that. There is nothing you should need in the way of kitchen utensils, glassware or kitchenware. Neighborhood was very quiet. Could be more pool size towels and maybe additional poolside chaises. Plenty of TV's - all good sizes with plenty of channels if that's your thing. Jana and the group that manages the property could not have been any more responsive - 5 stars for sure. We arrived shortly after a major hurricane and the pool - which is a very important component for us - had some extra sand, dirt and debris which was no surprise after the hurricane. Jana was right on it and got the pool service to come right away and after that the pool was immaculate all week. Having this kind of attention from your house is paramount if something may go sideways and Jana rocks. FYI - I have been renting properties in Cape Coral every year for MANY years. Property is certainly appropriate for the rate we paid and as such I would recommend.

The pool worked great. The King bed mattress in the master bedroom is horrible. This needs to be replaced as it has more humps in it than a camel.

Great Getaway!

The house and property were very clean and beautiful. The use of garage was nice. The basic household supplies were very helpful. We didn't get to use the pool because of cool weather but we did heat up the hot tub but the jets didn't work. Also, the jets in the spa bathtub didn't work either. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
