Tule nauttimaan avoimesta lattialta romanttisella “Gas” -takalla, suurella lämmitetty uima-altaan alueella, jossa on sähkölämmitteinen spa. Telakka veneilyyn nautittavaksi Meksikonlahteen. Pool / hot tub was a perfect setup for our family of 4. Our kids love swimming all hours of the day and the pool has lightning for evening swims. House has some deferred maintenance (lightbulbs burnt out, ceiling fan switches not working properly, etc). These were minor annoyances, but did not overly detract from the stay. Nice quiet cul-de-sac with very little noise.

Awesome! Love this home, the house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool, hot tub and veiw were wonderful. The location was great, lots of dining and shopping options close by. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Senior Trip

We found the house very clean upon arrival, beautiful views and the pool was very enjoyable. The hot tub jets were very forceful causing the water to go out and us having to add more in with the hose. The master bed was very hard and hurt our backs but other than that the house was great. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to navigate our way around town quite quickly. Caroline was quick to respond when we had questions, would definitely stay again

Overall Okay

Overall, the house was decent, but there were bugs all over the house including ants crawling all over the bathroom sink countertop, water bugs, and huge spiders. The sliding door in the living room & master bedroom were not able to be opened. Some of the towels smelled mildewy. There were several things that weren’t functioning properly in the house including a couple of the outlets and the hot tub not heating up. The pool was not filtering correctly resulting in a dirty pool and the pool light didn’t work. The house was not extremely dirty to the naked eye but not the cleanest. It was a beautiful view and we loved having the pool. The property manager responded promptly. The house did have some nice accommodations such as lawn chairs, pool noodles, beach umbrella, beach towels. There were just some inconvenient things that were very frustrating especially for the price that was paid.

Our stay was very nice. The canal is beautiful. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. There is a small bug issue in the house. Seen them on the bar area in the kitchen, and the spare bathroom counter. Also no Bluetooth speaker for the pool area. That would have been nice to be able to Bluetooth to the speakers in that area.Communication with the host was very quick.Overall very much enjoyed our stay.

Great value family vacation!

You get a lot for your money here! There's tons of space to either all hang out together or have a little time to yourself. Living room couch and TV are more practical than comfortable, but that's not what we were there to do. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in as much (or little) as you want. Appreciated basic spices and other supplies were available as well as coffee / filters. Large, clean grill on the patio was great for a cookout. It's a great location - nice, quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle of the touristy area, but 20-30 minutes from multiple beaches and attractions and even closer to shops and restaurants. The garage was stocked with everything we needed to spend the day at home in the pool or playing on the beach. Managers were quick to respond to questions and issues. It's not the most updated or fancy; some minor repairs could go a long way (sticky sliding doors, some lights/fans not working), but for our family it was more than we expected at a great price. We definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

Beautiful house with great views. Pool and hot tub were great. The property manager was responsive to the only issue we had and worked to remedy the situation the same day. Only improvement is that the master bed could use a new mattress.

1st time in Florida!

Overall, the house and pool were good, with a beautiful view of the canal! The layout of the house was excellent with plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool area was probably the best featured area! I do feel the property is starting to show its age though and the pictures no longer give an accurate representation of the current house condition; for instance, there are only 3 chairs at the inside kitchen table and they’re sort of beat up-not sure where the 4th chair went, the carpet had some stains, there was only one oar for the 2 person kayak… but honestly, none of these things were deal breakers. It was in a nice location with a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful- loved waking up to the canal view every morning. We made great use of the hot tub every night, little to cool for the pool. The only problem we had was with the wifi- it was spotty in some of the bedrooms. Location was great for us- we were about 30-60 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit.

Wegen des Hurrican Ian konnten wir nicht nach Cape Coral reisen. Auch dank Caroline konnten wir trotzdem viele sommerliche Tage im Sunshine State verbringen und unsere Ferien geniessen. Das Objekt können wir nicht bewerten, weil wir es nicht gesehen haben.

Paradise in Cape Coral

Fantastic home and environment with all the necessary amenities. My grandson’s enjoyed the pool area everyday. We had the very best time possible. Only negative was I couldn’t bring my dog a teddy bear breed of 10 pounds. I would like to come again in the near future. Thanks to all for you lovely home.

Key To Paradise
