The room was amazing loved the view only problem was the kid running and jumping and stomping in the room above me from 3pm until about 3am. It was so loud it rattled the walls. Next time I will make sure I get the 7th floor

Very clean,big comfortable bed, coffee maker was nespresso and nasty need a regular coffee maker and nice bathroom but shower only had a half door so water went everywhere in the floor. But overall very nice hotel.

Room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower. Casino was very tight. Food in the grill was not very good in my opinion. Employee was yelling across the sining area and even belched right next to us while we were eating. Not impressed with casino staff.

Misrepresentation on website and in brochures and billboards, billing themselves as a luxurious hotel and charging very high rates for rooms . There was no room service, breakfast, concierge, limited staffing at front desk, maintenance not available to fix room shade, poor quality towels, no in-room bar, limited bath amenities. More like a run of the mill interstate hotel chain. It was so bad that we left early, only staying one night instead of the booked two nights and going to another hotel in the area.
