Discover the perfect getaway at our charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo complex, nestled in beautiful Cape May, New Jersey. This unit boasts a King bed with plenty of closet place as well as a kitchenette with Keurig Coffee Machine. The second room has 2 queen beds. Step outside and be mesmerized by stunning views of the water, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in vibrant hues. Lounge on the beach or visit in a variety of local attractions, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away. The unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience also featuring:

- stunning water front views
- prime location only minutes away from downtown and the beach
- newly renovated interior and exterior with high end finishes
- enjoy communal beach chairs, bicycles, paddleboards, firepit table, BBQ grill
- Fishing right from the dock — bring your own gear, bait, and tackle
*please note some of the items are seasonal/weather dependent

- convenient amenities such as high speed WiFi, central air/heating, onsite washer/dryer, TVs in living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen

For the dedicated boater, there are boat slips available for an additional fee; shore power and water is included.

No young children or pets allowed. We welcome children aged 13 and older. No smoking permitted on the premise.

There is one parking space available per unit. The spot will be assigned to you prior to check in. PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS NO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE.

These condos are available for seasonal rental from June 1st- August 31st. There is also limited availability for week long rental and 2 day rental.

We booked this property for our family to attend our recruit's Coast Guard boot camp graduation, and it could not have been more ideal! The location was only a short driving distance to the TRACEN Cape May main gate, which made the early morning ceremony arrival completely stress-free. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and gave our new Coastie a relaxed, cozy environment to rest and unwind during liberty. Check-in was effortless, and the host was wonderfully supportive of military families. Highly recommended for any family visiting Cape May for graduation!
