This 2024 newly built home in North Cape May , “The Delford” only 3 houses from the Delaware Bay with the most incredible sunsets on the Jersey Shore, also enjoy the many shore birds, dolphin, and boats, try kayaking or fishing, you won't be disappointed! Come relax in this beautifully appointed home with a gorgeous, fully stocked open kitchen, an island that sits 6 and a large dining room and living room which boasts bay and sunset views from inside! Outside you will find a heated built in pool with a dining table and chairs- it is private and very relaxing. It takes dining outside to a whole new level! Or sit on the Adirondack chairs on the front deck with awesome bay views enjoying your morning coffee. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 a lovely baths, desk area, family room and stack washer and dryer, everything you need is here including linens, beach and baby items. You will always be comfortable with the central air conditioning. You are about a 15-minute drive to Cape May or the Wildwoods or just stay, swim, and enjoy the Delaware Bay beaches! . After your day at the beach use the outside shower to wash away the sand then either eat in or enjoy some time at the many local restaurants including walking to Harpoons on the Bay, wineries, breweries, and distilleries.
