spacious six-bedroom home, perfect for a family getaway or friends
travelling in a group.
Perched in a truly special setting, this beautifully designed villa
offers a one-of-a-kind layout that enhances both privacy and panoramic
views. Reaching the main living areas involves ascending a series of
elegant staircases—an experience that adds to the villa’s charm and
sense of arrival. While the elevated position rewards you with stunning
perspectives, a moderate level of mobility is recommended to fully
enjoy this unique escape. The kitchen features a sleek and modern
design, offering ample storage space with soft-close cabinets. The
large countertop creates an intimate seating area with barstools. It is
fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering
stay. The living space features a large, comfy sofa with plush
finishes, a coffee table, air conditioning, a TV cabinet, and a mounted

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
