Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The apartment was amazing (except for the lack of an elevator; three floors with luggage is not for the faint of heart!). However, the staff was somewhat less than amazing. Instead of letting me in at 3PM, they delayed my entry to 7PM and instead of meeting me at the property, they emailed everything to me - which doesn't work very well when you are overseas without internet!
