We offer in "Villa Sterlizia" apartment "Arancio", independent, but part of a single three-family villa with an outdoor park of about 1500 square meters.
It is located on a hill, surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes walk from the Grande Beach of Lacona you can find fine sand, peace and tranquility.
Located in the center of the island, it allows you to reach the main centers in less than 15 minutes by car (Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Portoazzurro ...).
The Arancio apartment is on the ground floor and is part of an independent house, located in the middle of a large garden with forty year old plants.
Recently renovated, very comfortable, TV SAT, Air conditioning / heating, 4 beds (all in the same room or in the living room with sofa bed), private bathroom. Private outdoor gazebo that allows you to appreciate the surrounding garden, very large and quiet.
At guests' disposal the Barbecue, also a comfortable outdoor hot shower (in the cabin), the free washing machine, a bike / dog washing area; large private parking.

Complete linen kit (sheets + towels) ON REQUEST 15 euros per person.

Clean and lovingly prepared

We had the best stay with Anna and Roberto. Thank you so much! The communication was just uncomplicated, friendly, and supportive. Everything was easy. The apartment is tiny and has everything we needed. The hosts put so much love and effort into everything they do that it was easy to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect. It's super quiet. A lot of space to run around for the kids. The walk to the beach goes through Orti di Mare (camping spot), where during the season great vegetables and food is offered. We went before the season started and were grateful for the heaters, which worked perfectly. We definitely will come back.
