The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent, located at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Carcassonne.
The accommodation is 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. The house has a first floor and comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: Dolce Gusto coffee machine with pods, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90×190)
- Shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, washing-machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
