Good accommodation but could improve

Good stay, extras purchased wasn't really worth it as was dishing out complimentary early check ins to people, but still charged us as we pre booked it. 1 coffee pod in room, so coulsnt bith have a brew. Barman rude and wouldnt apply the 15% discount we booked on beverages, in the end stormed off and said he wouldnt serve me, so manager served it no issues. So just one bad apple, but a rude one.

The oasis display was a great touch . The staff were excellent and very helpful . Only thing you could add is hot chocolate sachets to your drinks tray in the room .
