Cardiff Stay

Booking was made 8 months in advance however 1 month before I was advised it had been double booked. We were offered an alternative property by the owners. Limited parking was available and we had to park 1 of our cars 20 minutes walk away which was not ideal. Communication was excellent throughout and the alternative accommodation appeared comparable to what we had originally booked. However I was disappointed that having booked so far in advance that the double booked issue was only raised a month before our visit.
