A very convenient hotel for the City centre. Across the road from Bute Park where we attended an event, close to all the restaurants and also great facilities. The staff were very helpful. And parking at a cost on site is great. Thank you

Great stay, very comfy room with a lovely view of the castle and park. Fast check in and very friendly staff. Blanka on reception was very helpful. Only minor downside were the drawers in the room were broken. Kettle, hairdryer and iron with ironing board in the room.

The beds were small, there was no real disability access in the bathrooms! There was blood on the bathroom floor. The staff were very friendly, the parking lot was difficult for a person with a disability.
