The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner in the restaurant and the staff were excellent! Very quiet and comfortable room with lots of amenities.

Hotel stay

When we arrived we were upgraded as star guest of the day , this was a pleasant surprise and included free use of the mini bar and a beautiful room and a free drink voucher. This made our stay even more special. Hotel is located right in the town centre so easy access to all amenities and a few minutes walk to the castle. Parking we booked before arriving and it was with NCP and was just a few minutes walk from the hotel . Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked or not . Overall a lovely hotel to stay at .

Lovely Quirky Indigo Hotel.

We stayed at the hotel Indigo. Lovely quirky place, friendly helpful and attentive staff. Our Queen bed was super comfy, room was large, nice decor (included a bit of history) and the bathroom was excellent, from walk in shower to quirky lighting.. 💡Loved our stay.So quiet.. 😴No doors banging.. And we were right in the Cardiff City centre. We would 💯Recommend and we would definitely book again.

No window view, and the blanket is very very thick made it uncomfortable to sleep! Please change your blankets ending up not having the best sleep, over than that it’s a nice clean hotel, I don’t think I would choose this hotel again
