Lovely hotel in a perfect spot for access to town

Really enjoyable stay. Hotel and rooms have been modernised and look great, aside from a few creaky floorboards! Very quiet when we stayed (missed the nightclub by one day fortunately). Perfect location for the town, castle, river, etc. Knocked off a mark for service as there's not a lot of staff around, but you can call for help if needed (but we didn't need to as it happened).

Very nice room with great pressure from the shower - which is always a bonus. Best thing about the Hotel was how quiet it was, we didn’t get disturbed at any point. Great value and in a very convenient part of town to get to as walkers.

Near the town centre so very handy for a night out The bar in the hotel closed at 9 so had to go to town anyway and couldn’t use bar earlier as there was a private party there Well worth the money and will definitely go there again in the future
