La casa è curata in ogni dettaglio e risponde a tutte le esigenze, dalla posizione comoda alla massima pulizia. Lucia è una padrona di casa impeccabile, attenta e disponibile da ogni punto di vista, e Vittoria, la referente locale, rende tutto semplice ed efficiente con grande cordialità. Un soggiorno sereno e piacevole, che invoglia a tornare.

La casa è comoda e intima, perfetta sia per pochi giorni che per soggiorni più lunghi. È dotata di tutti i comfort e permette di sentirsi subito a proprio agio. Ho anche avuto ospiti a cena e l’atmosfera ha fatto un’ottima impressione. I muri in pietra danno un tocco di charme e il fatto che sia a due passi dal centro rende tutto molto pratico. Un luogo che resta nel cuore.

Soggiorno di 9 notti,monolocale con zona giorno e zona notte,bagno piccolo ma carino.30 mt. dal lungomare adiacente al porto,molto comodo per tutti i servizzi,10 metri da supermercato.Un po' carente sulle posate,per il resto vacanze da ricordare

Tipicità senza ventilazione

Servizio di selezione e definizione del contratto impeccabile, gestore gentilissimo ed anche assistenza sul posto se necessario. Come architetto Sono stata molto contenta di aver abitato in questa casa tipica di Carloforte un po’ buia e senza doppia ventilazione!!! Per fortuna il condizionatore ha sopperito ad ogni necessità. Il bagno è veramente piccolino ma... ci si abitua 😃dettagli di persone amorevoli ovunque. Bello il soffitto azzurro e la cucinetta ricavata sotto l’arco in pietra. Spero di ritornarci
