[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 18 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival. Standard check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM.

Incidental Hold Deposit: An incidental security deposit temporary authorization hold of $100.00 will be placed on your credit card at arrival. This temporary hold is fully released after departure following a standard room inspection, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.

No Daily Resort Charge: As a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare-style property, MarBrisa does not charge a daily resort fee to its guests. Amenities like Wi-Fi, pool access, and activities are bundled into the base room rate.

On-Site Self-Parking Fee: Secure on-site self-parking is available for $38.00 per vehicle, per day, collected directly by the resort.

Potential Timeshare Exchange Fee: If you are an HGV/RCI member booking a partial week or short stay (less than 7 nights) explicitly through a timeshare exchange network, localized housekeeping fees may apply depending on your specific member tier rules.

Strict No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is entirely prohibited inside rooms, near public resort corridors, or within outdoor spaces. A deep-cleaning sanitation penalty fee of up to $500.00 will be strictly assessed for any violations.

Early Checkout Fee: If you choose to shorten your stay and depart before your originally scheduled checkout date, an early departure penalty of a fixed $100.00 flat fee will apply.

Late Check-out Fees: Standard check-out is exactly at 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and require prior front desk approval. Departures after the approved time are subject to standard late departure penalty assessments.

Service Animals Only: Only legally designated ADA service animals are permitted on-site free of charge. Traditional pets are strictly prohibited, and bringing an unauthorized animal onto the premises will trigger a fine of up to $300.00.

Activity Hours: Seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, and restaurant schedules vary based on daylight hours, resort operations, and weather conditions.

[b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
