Guests will have exclusive access to the unit with self-check in capability via a smart lock. The unit, garage and patios on the second floor and the roof are all solely for guest use. Unit can be rented in combination with Tower Lower. Tower Lower has an internal staircase with a master bedroom on the second floor that is separate from this unit. In between the Tower Lower master bedroom and the Tower Upper master bedroom there is a locked maids closet, that neither unit, so both units are secure.

Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front, beautiful walking paths, and a fun clean beach.

Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft. Parking garage clearance height is 96".
