The room felt completely neglected. The bed and sheets were stained. The blinds were dirty/Black/dusty. There were stains all over the carpet. There was a dead roach in the tub. There was no one on the premise to help or check in with. The communication between the host and I was awful. We were completely mislead and the pics of the listing were false advertisement.

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished.The gas fireplace was a nice touch on a chilly night. The location was excellent - near the beach and dining/coffee/shopping area. This was our first stay and we expect to go back.

A fireplace and jacuzzi tub in room, with a lovely deck to relax on. Beautiful garden sitting area. All cozy and quiet. But a quick walk to the ocean front or to Carlsbad Village for dining, beach activities and nightlife. The Inn is a perfect retreat.
