The kitchen/diner, with its quarry tiled floor and wood burning stove, is well-equipped and ideal for preparing family meals. There is a ground floor bathroom, while the stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a further shower room and 3 bedrooms nestling in the eaves. The family bedroom offers versatility, as the king-size bed is zip and link and can be separated to give two single beds.The adjoining games room is sure to be a firm favourite with both adults and children alike, with its wood burner and great range of activities, ideal for rainy days or winter evenings. The enclosed landscaped and planted garden with its mature trees and large lawn is a relaxing spot to enjoy an alfresco meal or glass of wine while you listen to the birdsong; bird and wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element.Perfect for keen walkers, the area abounds in footpaths and bridleways; from the garden you can head to the coast path above Marros Sands just a mile away, from which point you can continue your walk down the steep track to Marros Sands. Alternatively, you can join the Carmarthenshire Coastal Path to explore this rugged coastline to the east or head west and join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path at Amroth, just 3 miles away, where there are a choice of seafront pubs, cafes and restaurants. Further west lie the popular seaside towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby. To the east lie Pendine, with its 7 miles of glorious sandy beach, location of historic land speed records, and Laugharne, home of Dylan Thomas, is well worth a visit.
