Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances. Please set the thermostats to Eco Mode (78 in summer and 55 in winter months).
Remove all perishable items from cabinets, refrigerator, and closets. Remove all trash from the home and place in the trash receptacle outside.
Prior to departure, please tidy up the property. The owner is not responsible for anything you leave behind. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please keep sand and beach gear outdoors. Utilize the outdoor shower and hose to remove sand. Please keep sandy footwear and towels outside.
Please pick up and dispose of pet waste promptly. Please wipe paws to get rid of sand/dirt. No wet dogs in the home or on furniture.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged for soiled furniture. Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact ASAP.
