OCEAN VIEWS yllin kyllin! Tämä OCEAN FRONT 6 makuuhuoneen ja 5 kylpyhuoneen ylellinen huoneisto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla mukavalla leveällä rannalla, josta pääsee rannalle kodin vieressä. Tässä liityntäpisteessä on hengenpelastajateline, joka on mahtava lisäämään turvallisuutta. Joitakin upeita ominaisuuksia ovat oma ELEVATOR, käänteinen pohjaratkaisu, baarikeittiö, viinijääkaappi, juomajääkaappi, graniittikeittiön tiskit valtavalla saaribaarilla ja 3 yksityistä kannet. Upeat kahvilat (he myös tekevät uskomattomia hampurilaisia) sekä ylimääräinen julkinen pysäköintialue ovat suoraan kadun toisella puolella. Sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä kaupungista ja rantatieltä, josta löydät runsaasti ostos-, ruokailu- ja viihdemahdollisuuksia. Kaikissa huoneissa on älytelevisioita tai Roku-televisioita.
Yläkerrassa on kaunis, laaja, avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on keittiö, ruokasali, olohuone ja baarikeittiö. Kaikissa katedraalin kattojen alla on upeat merinäkymät. On liukuvia lasiovia, jotka avautuvat kannelle ulkona olevan pöydän kanssa syömiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen nauttien valtameren nähtävyyksistä ja äänistä. Olohuoneessa on mukava L-muotoinen sohva Sonos 5: llä varustetun suuren TV: n edessä. 1 surround-ääni. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on queen-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja oma parveke, josta on näkymät Carolina Beachin sisääntuloaukkoon rannikkojen väliselle vesiväylälle. Sen vieressä on makuuhuone, jossa parisänky, jossa vyö, joka voi helposti nukkua 5 pientä lasta tai 3 isoa. Siinä makuuhuoneessa on kylpyhuone ja eteinen. Yhdessä huoneessa on Wii ja toisessa Xbox.
Alakerrassa on kaksi ylellistä king-Master-makuuhuonetta merinäköalalla ja jaetulla kannella. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Tällä tasolla on makuuhuone, jossa parivuode vyölaitteella ja sohva, jossa vyötärö, jossa oma terassi, josta on näkymät rannikkojen väliselle vesiväylälle. Sen vieressä on makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky, kaksinkertainen alapuolella ja yhden yläpuolella. Pesutupa on myös tällä tasolla täysikokoisena pinottu etukuormainpesukone ja kuivaaja. Yksityinen, toimiva hissi pohjakerroksesta kahteen yläkerrokseen.

The house was perfect for our family during Christmas week including the kitchen which had everything we needed to cook and bake during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Great views of the beach (including the beautiful sunrises each morning) from the kitchen, living room and the two master bedrooms. Amy was great to work with and went above and beyond to assist us during the week. Highly recommend this Carolina Beach house and we look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very communicative and the place was perfect for a large family gathering with small children. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach and having bedrooms separate from the living room and kitchen area let the little ones go to bed on time. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--we are a family who loves to cook and we found everything we needed. The place was very clean and having a laundry room was wonderful. Do not bring any beach toys! There are plenty to choose from as well as many beach chairs! I highly recommend this place!

The house was a perfect vacation hub for our extended family of 12. There was plenty of parking, the elevator was helpful for transporting supplies, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, the huge table allowed all of us to eat and play games together, the views were amazing, and, best of all, we had direct beach access. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware, and in addition to the main refrigerator, there were several mini fridges for drinks. The location of the house is a little distance from town but easily walkable; several times, we walked along the beach to town to enjoy some coffee on the boardwalk. There's a convenience store and surf board/kayak rental right across the street from the house that was handy for quick snacks and drinks.We had a great stay!

Best place to stay! Everything was clean and home was extremely spacious. Elevator was such a life saver for groceries and luggage. Outdoor showers had hot and cold water and were completely private and large. They had everything you could ever need plus more. The views were spectacular and the host was responsive and pleasant. What a wonderful trip. Wonderful memories were made. The location is perfect for a large beach loving family. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We enjoyed the many balconies and the large gathering space. Great Family Trip!

What a beautiful property. Right on the beach! Host was extremely responsive before/during the trip and made the vacation stress free. There was a little Convenience store across the street with take out options. The unit had toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Our group had 4 adults and 4 children between the ages 7-12 and there were plenty of games to keep them busy. We had an amazing family vacation and we will definitely book again.

Great sewing week!

My group of friends with an interest in various forms of sewing escaped to Carolina Beach for a relaxing week of sewing! This home is light filled and met our needs perfectly! Well stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals “at home” and relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean! Will rent again!

Fantastic house!!
